How to find the Technical Manual

The Technical Manual can be found on the Online Exhibitor Portal. Simply click on Technical Manual on the Homepage or access it through the Order Forms tab!

By now, you should have received a Welcome Email with your login credentials to the Online Exhibitor Portal sent from thaifex-portal@koelnmesse.com.sg.

If you have not received your login credentials, please contact us at thaifex-portal@koelnmesse.com.sg.

Compulsory Forms by Booth Type

Space Only Exhibitors

• Form T2: Nominate your contractor using Form T2 by 12 April 2024, for approval. Approved contractor will receive separate login details Technical Manual access.
• You and your nominated contractor will use the same set of forms to view orders.
• Should there be a change in your contractor; kindly contact us to facilitate a re-submission of your Form T2.
• All design and technical plan must be submitted by 22 April 2024 for the approval. Exhibitors without approved designs will not be allowed to move-in.
• Form T6: Order all electrical components needed for your booth using Form T6.
• Form T9A: Submit your booth plan with electrical component placement using Form T9A. Relocation of components may incur an additional charge.

Standard Shell Scheme Exhibitors

• Form T1: Confirm your fascia name using Form T1. If the form is not received by the deadline, the company name and details from the application will be used, with abbreviations applied as needed.
• Form T9A: Submit your booth plan with electrical component placement using Form T9A. Relocation of components may incur an additional charge.
• Form T9B*: Submit your booth plan furniture placement using Form T9B. Should we not receive any submission, your booth will be outfitted with a default layout.

*Please note Form T9B is expected to be released in April.

Listed above are the services and forms available for ordering via the Technical Manual. Exhibitors are to take special notice of the following:

The following forms will be accessible after the appointment of the Official Stand Contractor, expected in April:

• T4 Furniture & Equipment
• T5 Graphics Printing
• T9B Service Location Plan (Official Stand Contractor)

No separate email will be sent for these form releases. Please refer to the Online Exhibitor Portal for the latest updates.

Exhibitors ordering refrigeration equipment are also required to order their electrical requirement using Form T6.

Kindly verify the electrical requirement for your ordered unit with your refrigeration supplier.

For Standard Shell Scheme and Country Pavilion booths (arranged via the Organiser), please note stand cleaning will not be provided on show days. Exhibitors may engage booth cleaning services using Form T14 Stand Cleaning.

Alcohol Permit/License is required for all sampling and displaying of alcohol products. Exhibitors are required to abide to the alcohol laws in Thailand.

International exhibitors with Thailand distributors could appoint their local distributors to apply for an alcohol permit/license. International exhibitors without a local distributor are strongly recommended to engage the services of the appointed Official Freight Forwarders to assist in the handling and application of alcohol products and permits.
