We have successfully concluded our International Exhibitor Briefing last Thursday, 28 March 2024. Please note that the exhibitor briefing notes and recording is now available on the Online Exhibitor Portal for your kind reference.

How to Access the International Exhibitor Briefing Notes?

Simply log in to the Online Exhibitor Portal and click on the Exhibitor Briefing button to access the notes.

Please note you will see the briefing notes for local and international exhibitors. There may slight differences in the briefing topics and some information may only be applicable to you. Please kindly refer to the correct briefing notes.

How to take part: Upload your entry in Section 3B of Complete Your Company Profile!

M1 Complimentary E-invitation: 26^th April
*M2 Exhibiting Halal Products: 15^th May
M3 Venue Advertising: 22^nd April

M4 Digital Advertising & Sponsorship: 26^th April

*Note: Submission of Form M2 Exhibiting Halal Products does not guarantee a spot in the THAIFEX – Anuga Halal pavilion. Spaces are first-come-first-serve until max. capacity is reached. Confirmed exhibitors will be contacted later to arrange product drop-off.

Please note majority of the Technical Manual forms have tiered deadlines and pricing. Please refer to the Technical Manual directly for more information. The compulsory forms for submission based on booth type are:

T9A Service Location Plan: 24^th April

Space Only Exhibitors

Form T2 Nominated Stand Contractor: 12^th April

Official Freight Forwarders

You are highly encouraged to engage our official freight forwarders – DSV Solutions Ltd. and APT Showfreight (Thailand) Ltd. – for shipping your products. You can find their shipping manuals and international agents list on the Online Exhibitor Portal.

Important Reminders

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2024 is a 5-day tradeshow. Visitor hours are as follows:

For Trade Visitors: 28th – 31st May: 10AM – 6PM
For Trade & Public Visitors: 1st Jun: 10AM – 8PM

International exhibitors are only permitted to move-out from 1^st June, 6PM onwards. Early move-out is strictly not permitted. Exhibits move-out on 1^st June between 6PM to 8PM can only be hand carried, no use of trolley is allowed until after 8PM.

Exhibitors arranging personal transportation for the event, please be aware of restrictions on drop-offs and pick-ups for buses and vans. Only vehicles with official decals are allowed to drop-off/pick-up at IMPACT Challenger and IMPACT Exhibition Center buildings. Exhibitors can apply for the decal via the Online Exhibitor Portal (form will be available by 12^th April).

Parking offers are also available for those driving to the venue. Please see the exhibitor briefing notes for more information.

Exhibitors who wish to do cooking demos, seminars or trainings, product launches, or any other activities are required to submit details of the activity in Form T19 Special Activities. Each exhibitor is only allowed to organise 3 sessions per day, maximum 30 minutes per session.

Note: during the activity, only voice amplifiers (max. 70dB) are allowed. Loudspeakers and all other sound devices are not allowed. Please see the exhibitor briefing notes for more information.
