General Information
THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 is a FIVE-day trade show, happening from 26 – 30 May 2026.
Please note 30 May is open to public.
Opening hours are as follows:
26 – 30 May 2026: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Exhibitors are allowed extended hours in the exhibition halls. Opening hours for exhibitors are as follows:
26 – 28 May 2026: 08.00 AM – 7.00 PM
29 May 2026: 08.00 AM – 10.00 PM
30 May 2026: 08.00 AM – 11.59 PM

Exhibitor briefing sessions will be held to provide important information regarding participation in THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026, including the use of the Online Exhibitor Portal and Web App.
A physical session will be conducted in Thai for local exhibitors, while an online session will be held for international exhibitors in English. Invitations to these sessions will be sent out in due course.
Briefing notes from the sessions will also be available on the Online Exhibitor Portal following the conclusion of the briefings.
The THAIFEX – Anuga Asia Online Exhibitor Portal serves as a comprehensive one-stop platform where exhibitors can manage all aspects of their event participation, including ancillary services for your booth planning, submission of marketing materials, visa invitation letter requests, exhibitor badge requests, and access to important event updates and documents.
Each exhibitor will receive unique login credentials to access the portal in December 2025. If you have not received your login information by then, please contact us at thaifex-portal@koelnmesse.com.sg for assistance.
The Online Exhibitor Portal and Web App complement each other, exhibitors are encouraged to actively use both platforms and keep their information updated on each to maximise visibility at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026. Updating only one platform may limit opportunities for exposure and engagement during the event.
The THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2026 Online Exhibitor Portal is expected to launch in December 2025. Please note that the forms may be launched in phases. Exhibitors will be notified by email regarding the official launch in due course.
The THAIFEX – Anuga Asia Web App is a dedicated platform designed to elevate your company’s visibility. It enables exhibitors to manage their company profile on the Online Exhibitor List, request meetings with hosted buyers (for international exhibitors), and access the event agenda and floor plan. The THAIFEX – Anuga Asia mobile app mirrors the Web App, ensuring all information entered is seamlessly accessible across both platforms.
All exhibitors will receive their own unique passcode to the Web App in January 2026. Kindly email webapp@thaifex-anuga.com if you have not received your passcode by then.

Exhibitors requiring more reliable and consistent internet access are advised to order network services through the Online Exhibitor Portal by completing Form T11 Internet Services.

Standard Shell Scheme booth entitlements can be found on the Online Exhibitor Portal under Important Information > Technical Information > 1.2 Standard Booth Entitlements.
Exhibitors applying for shell scheme designs are not permitted to have any structural changes to their booths. All booth enhancement works are to be within the shell scheme structure area and height (2.5mH). Organisers reserve the right to tear down any unauthorised structures on-site and/or implement compulsory Hall Clearance Deposit if Exhibitors are caught enhancing their stand beyond the regulations.

Exhibitors are highly encouraged to read all information for a seamless approval process.
The Technical Manual available on the Online Exhibitor Portal outlines a range of services offered by vendors officially appointed by the Organiser. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to procure services through these official vendors rather than third-party providers to ensure quality and compliance.
The Organiser will provide general cleaning services for public areas within the exhibition hall during exhibition days, which consists of daily disposal of rubbish at the aisles or edges of the booth before the Exhibition opens in the morning and after it closes in evening.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booths at all times.
For RAW SPACE exhibitors, please arrange cleaning services directly with your booth contractor if required.
For STANDARD SHELL SCHEME exhibitors, a one-time cleaning session will take place on the eve of opening day by the Official Stand Contractor. This only consists of wiping down rented furniture from the Official Stand Contractor and does not cover exhibits and displays, nor does it include vacuuming or deep cleaning within the booths.
Exhibitors may engage the services of the Official Cleaning Contractor through Form T12 Booth Cleaning in the Online Exhibitor Manual > Technical Manual.
Exhibitors are allowed to bring their own furniture via hand-carry or office trolley only.
Heavy and large exhibits requiring the use of pallet trucks, forklifts, or cranes for movement must be handled exclusively by the Official Freight Forwarders. If your furniture or exhibit cannot be transported with a standard trolley, please contact our Official Freight Forwarders to arrange for appropriate handling and movement services.

Travel & Accommodation
A list of official hotels & shuttle bus services will be available on our website closer to the event date.
For alternative arrangements, you may book through here. However, take note that bookings made through this platform does not include shuttle services.
Visa
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own visas and are encouraged to check the visa requirements for entry into Thailand based on their country of origin or nationality.
For supporting documentation, exhibitors may request a Visa Invitation Letter through the Online Exhibitor Portal.
Please note that visa invitation letters are issued exclusively to exhibitors. Visitors may use their visitor registration confirmation as supporting documentation when applying for a visa.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is the electronic version of the traditional disembarkation card that foreign visitors must complete upon entering Thailand. It serves as an official record of the traveller’s entry and provides essential information to immigration authorities.
Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the TDAC online before arrival. You must register within 3 days prior to your arrival.
After submitting the form online, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email must be presented—along with your travel documents—to the immigration officer upon arrival for verification.

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia does not have an official travel agent for organising travel or accommodation for international exhibitors. Exhibitors and visitors are advised to exercise caution when working with travel agents.
Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own visas and are encouraged to check the visa requirements for entry into Thailand based on their country of origin or nationality.
For supporting documentation, exhibitors may request a Visa Invitation Letter through the Online Exhibitor Portal.
Please note that visa invitation letters are issued exclusively to exhibitors. Visitors may use their visitor registration confirmation as supporting documentation when applying for a visa.
Parking is available at the venue. Kindly refer to the venue website here for more information.
Rules & Regulations
The full list of rules and regulations applicable to THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2025 can be found in the Online Exhibitor Portal via Important Information > Rules & Regulations. Exhibitors and their personnel/appointed agents must observe the Rules and Regulations stated in the Online Exhibitor Portal and those attached to the Exhibition Participation Agreement.
Cooking is allowed at the event. However, please note open fire is prohibited.
Food sampling is allowed at the event. Exhibitors are advised to exercise food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of all at the trade show.
Exhibitors who wish to conduct Cooking Demo, Seminar or Training, Product Launch or any other activities at their booth are required to submit details of the activity through Form T17 Special Activity in the Online Exhibitor Portal > Technical Manual.
Please note for such special activities, only voice amplifiers (max. 70dB) are allowed. Loudspeakers and all other sound devices are not allowed.
Exhibitors are allowed to exhibit alcoholic products at the event. However, please note that an Alcohol Permit/License is required for all sampling and displaying of alcohol products.
International exhibitors without a local distributor are strongly recommended to engage the services of the appointed Official Freight Forwarders to assist in the handling and application of alcohol products and permits. International exhibitors with Thailand distributors could appoint their local distributors to apply for an alcohol permit/license.

Onsite Exhibitor Services & Support
Exhibitors can access the event schedule through the Schedule tab on the Online Exhibitor Portal. This schedule includes key dates and times for the build-up period, exhibition period, and dismantling period of the event.
Move-in will be staggered based on booth type and booth number, as outlined in the schedule.
Move-out will begin at 8 PM on 30 May 2026 with strictly no dismantling of structure, and early move-out is strictly prohibited.
Exhibitor badges are physical badges that must be collected onsite. Exhibitor registration counters will be located at the foyer of Hall 2, Hall 4, Hall 6, and Hall 9-10.
Exhibitor badge pick-up timings are as follows:
24 May 2026: 1.00 PM – 6.00 PM
25 May 2026: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
A makeshift Exhibitors’ badge collection counter will be available during the event days. However, please take note of the high human traffic on Event days and there will be delays.
To expedite the onsite badge collection process, exhibitors are encouraged to apply for their Exhibitor Badges through the Online Exhibitor Portal by the specified deadline.
Exhibitors experiencing any issues with technical orders placed through the Online Exhibitor Portal should approach the Exhibitors’ Service Centres for assistance. These centres serve as a one-stop shop where exhibitors can connect with all official vendors and partners.
Exhibitors’ Service Centres will be available on both sides of the venue, with locations varying between the build-up and exhibition periods. The specific locations will be provided in the Move-In Notice, which will be sent closer to the event dates.
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to plan and prepare for their booth requirements well in advance of the show. For last-minute assistance, exhibitors may visit the Exhibitors’ Service Centres for help. However, please be aware that service on-site will subject to availability.
The Organiser will provide washing areas within the Exhibition Halls to facilitate washing of cooking equipment. The location of washing areas will be provided in the Move-In Notice, which will be sent closer to the event dates.
Logistics & Shipping
Exhibitors are encouraged to use the services of our Official Freight Forwarders to ship their exhibits to the event. More information on our Official Freight Forwarders including their shipping manuals and international agents list can be found on the Online Exhibitor Portal via Important Information – Freight and Exhibits.
Yes, loading docks are accessible during setup and teardown of the event. Loading/unloading instructions will be provided in the Move-In Notice, which will be sent closer to the event dates.
Exhibitors may arrange storage with the appointed Official Freight Forwarders at an additional fee, subject to availability. Otherwise, Exhibitors must arrange for their boxes and cases to be transported back to their own premises. Exhibitors are not to store such items within the exhibition hall. The Organiser reserves the right to remove/dispose of any boxes, cases and/or packing materials left in the exhibition halls before, during and after the show. Any cost incurred will be borne by the respective Exhibitor.
Please note that the Organiser does not provide complimentary on-site storage.
Security & Insurance
The Organiser will provide general security for the exhibition hall; however, exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own exhibits. Exhibitors are strongly advised not to leave any valuables unattended at any time and to avoid leaving them at their booth overnight.
Exhibitors may arrange for booth security via Form T13 Booth Security of the Online Exhibitor Portal > Technical Manual.
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange insurance coverage for its own exhibits during the exhibition.
Exhibitors should arrange at their own cost “all-risk” insurance coverage from their origin country up to their exhibition booth including the exhibition period and return to domicile. Exhibitors must ensure that they are fully covered by insurance and take up public liability and comprehensive protection. They should also provide insurance coverage for their own staff against injury.
Exhibitors are also responsible for making good any loss or damage to any item which they have rented or hired from the official contractors/suppliers.
Networking & Seminar Room Bookings
All exhibitors will be able to use the lead scanning function on the THAIFEX – Anuga Asia Mobile App. Exhibitors will be able to download their scanned lead report inclusive of attendees’ contact details (only applicable to leads who have given data consent).
A seminar/conference room booking form is available on the Online Exhibitor Portal. Exhibitors can submit their request along with specific requirements, and the respective teams will respond with information regarding availability.
Data Protection
Your data is encrypted for transmission and only sent to third parties if this is necessary for the completion of your order. You can find detailed information on what data we store and how we treat it in the section Security & Data Protection.
Exhibitor Advisory
IMPORTANT! The organisers have received several queries from exhibitors on letters/e-mails/calls from ‘International Fairs Directory’ formerly known as ‘Expo Guide’, asking for contact updates on our database. We are NOT affiliated to the directory nor organization mentioned. We strongly advise all exhibitors to be vigilant and DO NOT REPLY to the letters/e-mails/calls.
