Once registration opens, you can access the official online registration portal via the THAIFEX – Anuga Asia website. We encourage you to register early to plan your visit in advance.

No. Admission to THAIFEX – Anuga Asia is free of charge for trade visitors with a valid visitor badge.

All visitors must complete the online registration process and meet the event’s admission requirements. Please refer to the admission guidelines here

Yes. Your visitor badge allows you to enter THAIFEX – Anuga Asia on all five exhibition days, so you are welcome to visit on multiple days throughout the event.

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia is primarily a trade-only exhibition.

The event is open to the public only on Saturday, 29 May 2027, from 10.00am to 6.00pm.

Yes. Complimentary shuttle bus services will be available during THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2027.

THAIFEX – Anuga Asia does not publish a printed show catalogue. Instead, all the latest event information will be available on the official THAIFEX – Anuga Asia Web App, launching closer to the event.

Yes. THAIFEX – Anuga Asia is held annually in Bangkok, Thailand.

The next edition will take place from 25 to 29 May 2027 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand.

Yes. As a professional trade exhibition, visitors are expected to dress in appropriate business attire.

Please note that certain attire may not be permitted. Refer to our Admission Guidelines page for the full dress code and visitor admission requirements.

There is no admission fee to visit THAIFEX – Anuga Asia.

Simply complete your online visitor registration once registration opens to receive your visitor badge. Please note that all visitors are subject to the event’s admission requirements.

Visa Requirements

Visitors are responsible for checking and arranging their own visa requirements based on their nationality before travelling to Thailand.

If you require supporting documentation for your visa application, you may use your THAIFEX – Anuga Asia visitor registration confirmation where applicable. Visa Invitation Letters are issued exclusively to exhibitors through the Online Exhibitor Portal.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

From 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival.

The TDAC must be submitted within three days before your arrival in Thailand. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, which should be presented together with your travel documents upon arrival for immigration verification.
