The Commitment?

Attend a minimum of 16 pre-scheduled meetings with matching international exhibitors of choice during 27-29 May 2026.
Both Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors must complete the online rating on the business matching platform after each meeting to log the meeting session.
Hosted Buyers are free to check out the trade hall after the last meeting of each day.

How to be part of it

01. Apply

Complete your registration on THAIFEX – Anuga Asia website by early 2026. When registering, kindly state your products of interest as precisely as possible.

02. Confirm

Approved buyers will receive a confirmation via email from the organiser. Organiser will ask for documents, including passport details etc. Upon collection of your documents, the organiser will provide you with flight and hotel details. You may then proceed to book your flight within the capped amount the organiser advises.

03. Prepare

Hosted Buyers will pre-select and schedule meetings with the relevant exhibitors via our online business matching platform. It is the responsibility of Hosted Buyers to secure a minimum of 16 meetings.

04. Attend

Hosted Buyers will visit exhibitors’ booths for meetings based on the pre-arranged meeting time and date. Hosted Buyers and Exhibitors must complete the online rating on the business matching platform to log the meeting session after each meeting.

05. Get Reimbursed

Hosted Buyers expenses will be reimbursed upon fulfilling the minimum of 16 hosted buyer meetings.
